The location was great and it had free Wi-Fi. The room had a small fridge and microwave.
Our stay during Thanksgiving was terrible. The exterior doors were not secured, which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, we could hear a lot of noise from other guests. The worst part was that the room was so dirty, with old food in the fridge, mold in the shower, and sticky floors. The staff were nice, but it couldn't make up for the awful experience.

Our New Year's stay was great! First, we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary coffee and toiletries. Second, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was really friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
It would have been better if they had a microwave in each room, and there was a bit of noise from the room next door. our experience was positive, and we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The best thing is location - not far from Pittsburgh as well as stores. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Bahama Breeze close by: )

Booked a double room, had a really great stay on a road trip. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the bathroom was large. Location: the hotel was right by the mall, Pittsburgh. I had quick lunch at Moe's Southwest Grill, located right next to the venue.
